Terms and Conditions

When you are booking our camp and optional transportation, you agree to our policies. 

Booking, cancellation policies and refunds 

All bookings must be done through our Booking platform.

Place at the camp is secured after the full payment with a bank transfer to our Travel Agent's (Kyoritsu Kanko) account that you will find at the checkout of any booking. 

All cancellation requests must be sent to adventure@sherpanet.jp 

The day and time of receiving your e-mail is the date of consideration of the application.

Camp 
cancellation

31 days to 21 days before the start date of the camp - administration fee 550円
20 days to 08 days before the start date of the camp - 20% (19,800円)
07 days to 02 days before the start date of the camp - 30% (29,700円)
The day before the start date of the camp - 40% (39,600円)
Camp start date (before camp starts) - 50% (49,500円)
After the start of the trip or no show - 100% (99,000円) 

Train 
cancellation

A 560JPY fee will be applied to any cancellation requested more than 3 days before the scheduled train departure.

A  220JPY + 30% of the train ticket cost fee will be charged to cancellations requested until 24hrs before the scheduled train departure.

100% of the ticket price will be charged to all no shows or cancelations requested less than 24hrs before scheduled train departure. 

Changes in the camp's plan

Sherpa Adventure Camp will do its best to implement the program, however, due to unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we reserve the right to change the original plan without prior notice.

Refunds

Full refund will be made if we cancel the camp for reasons beyond our control. 

No refund will be made if the camper needs to leave earlier from the camp.
